STEP 4: Your data balance message appears on your screen. The message will also contain the bundle and expiry date of your data plan.

This method is also very fast and reliable. Completely secure. You send a message and you receive your data balance within seconds. It is also cost-free. This means that, you can send the message with zero airtime.

To check your data balance via SMS, follow these procedure;

STEP 1: Send the message “2” to the code “131“. The quotation mark is not necessary in the message. The message is not compulsory to be in block letters. This method is very similar to the USSD method.
